As per confirmed booking (Confirmation # 2194889826), I reached the Chennai Airport on 21st July and called the hotel to send the pick up car for checklin hotel. On replying call , they have clearly said the booking price INR 400 was so low, and further said You are not permitted to check- in since the price was so low. Further , they said to me to cancel the booking. I requested them , that I reached Chennai based on the hotel booking confirmation and conveyed them that I cant change the hotel now as If I did all travel plan based on hotel booking confirmation. However, Mars hotel management denied again and said its very low price confirmation, go and complaint to Booking.com that they can not provided. This was disheartening the business integrity and I totally lost the faith on booking.com, because there is no customer support contact # in India to berief with booking.com, which was taken advantage by Maras hotel. Here, I request Booking.com to compensate the sufferings and inconvenience caused by Mars Hotel. Or kindly disconenct the Mars service from your booking.com website.
